We use the latest pure water technology applied using high reach poles.
The benefits of these are:
We do not have to use ladders to clean properties.
No risk of damage to property (or window cleaner)
Window can be cleaned in high winds when traditional cleaners cannot operate.

Extra privacy for the customers, there will be no one looking in on you from ladders, 
Environmentally friendly, no detergents or chemicals are used. No detergent residue means windows stay cleaner for longer. Reaches previously inaccessible windows with ease.   

We clean all windows, frames and doors at all of our scheduled cleans however at an additional cost we can clean soffits, fascias, conservatories, roofs and solar panels. These additional services are available as and when requested. Interiors of windows of a property can be done at the same price as exterior. With latest hi-tech silicone gloss finish which cleans frames and glass providing a ultra clean high gloss finish which deters static and dust settling and once applied should last for over 6 months in a non-smoking house.

Car Cleaning Services:
As another additional service, we offer our Window cleaning customers a premium state of the art car cleaning service.
This involves a complete clean and shines using the very latest in car care products 
Completely Water free, it applies a high shine silicone wax finish, which is truly an exceptional showroom finish. This should not be compared with your typical car wash, as it is all hand prepared and the quality of the finish is truly exceptional. So good we are pretty certain you will not want your vehicle cleaned in any other way after trying it ???
Car clean and shine - Typically costs Just £10 for a family saloon to Pura-TecH customers only.
The products used in this process are expensive and unfortunately it is not possible to provide this service at this price to non-window customers. 


We always aim to please and take great pride in our work, and remember we always give a 100% guarantee. We are fully insured and a member of the Master Guild of Window Cleaners so you have the peace of mind that a professional and dedicated service will always be provided.

We call every four weeks usually on the same day of the week, and always try to keep to a similar time of day.
Some customers prefer a two month call and we have some quarterly and even annual customers, you decide which plan you prefer.

The day before each visit we will either text message you or e-mail to say we will be calling the next day at the usual time and this gives you chance to make any changes to your clean, arrange for gates to be left unlocked for the minimum period, etc minimising any inconvenience to you the customer.

We take customer security very seriously and your text number and e-mail address will never be given out to any third party Guaranteed!!!!
Gates will always be closed behind us and locked if necessary.


Payment methods 
Some people struggle and keep doing their own windows because they say ‘we cant be in to pay you’ or don’t have cash in the house.


Well we have several payment options including:

• Traditional methods: pay cash or cheque after completion on the day. 
• Post the payment to us, our address is on this leaflet, we are a local company and if you want to view some windows cleaned by us, pop by and check them out on our house!!! ???
• Log onto our website hit the Paypal button and pay via them, this will generate a receipt for you and we will just mark the account paid via the email notification,(this is now our most popular method.
